These are typically the only seasonings used when grilling or braising an item. There are many kinds of soup and each soup has it's own function or purpose. No Chinese meal is complete without a soup. I loved that Cocoa Crunch so much I created one incorporating a little matcha and white instead of dark chocolate. The length makes a difference, more or less starch. When boiling, cooking time will vary according to the variety of rice noodles being cooked. Combine cornstarch and water together and blend until smooth.
