Carolyn Fish
Carolyn Fish joined Vansco, Inc in 1999 as a partner with her husband Vance Fish. Prior to and during the startup of Vansco she held various positions in Sales and Marketing. In 2012, with the passing of her husband, Carolyn became the President/Owner of Vansco Inc.
Carolyn’s professional and business ownership experience has given her a heightened appreciation for building strong relationships and maintaining a high level of service with Customers. Carolyn attained a BS degree from Erskine College in South Carolina.
Since the sale of VANSCO Carolyn will stay on for an extended transition period. Thanks to Carolyn for building a great company with a great QMS and staying to help VANSCO grow!
Al Merrill
Al joined VANSCO in 2022, taking responsibility for operations including production planning and scheduling, process optimization, quality, and customer service. Under his tenure VANSCO has expanded to servicing new customers and is planning for aggressive growth.
With a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University Al has spent most of his career in various manufacturing operations including pharmaceuticals and fiber spinning. He has held roles in process engineering, maintenance, EHS, quality and production. He has extensive experience improving production processes with a focus on quality including ISO 9001, Six Sigma and customer service.
As of 2024 Al assumed ownership of VANSCO.
